| Follow That Dream will release 'Memphis Tennessee (The Lost Album)' in July along with 'Love Letters From Elvis' and 'America', a soundboard release from April 1976, with the body of the recordings being from the Omaha show. 'Memphis Tennessee (The Lost Album)' will be similar in concept to the BMG CD For The Asking, using the same songs, but with a different sequence and a lot of outtakes. The artwork will also be different. So another go at what the album may have been.

There are so many good things to say about this book, Elvis The Concert Years 1969 - 1977, that a review seems rather unnecessary, but excellent material deserves praise and any fans of the concert years has to have this book on his shelf. Somehow Mr. Skar realized the impossible and produced the BEST Elvis Presley book ever available on the concert years from 1969 to 1977, this is now the reference on the subject .... Anyway, finally the Khan Record label got permission , just this year, from BMG to issue this legal limited CD which may in fact turn out to be the only CD on Elvis released there but time will tell. Please also note that it is illegal to send any of these CD's out of Mongolia. For this reason this CD is one of the rarest ever on Elvis.

In place of the biography Elvis Presley never wrote, the book is a collection of his own words transcribed from interviews, TV show appearances, audio recordings, concerts, and letters only from verifiable sources. The transcriptions are in chronological order, from a brief interview during his first radio show performance on October 16, 1954 to his personal correspondence over his final days in August 1977. Above each transcription, headings list the location, the date, the interviewer's names (if any) and the source. Black and white photos, many taken around the time of the transcriptions, appear throughout the pages. Photocopies of some of the letters and telegrams are near their transcribed text.
