It contains 120 tracks recorded in the 1970s, including 27 previously unreleased takes and chronicles the most complex period of Elvis' life through his music. It features every single A & B side released between January 1970 and August 1977, many great studio highlights, and a disc dedicated to the Elvis live. Contains studio recordings of My Way (Master), It's Diff'rent Now (Rehearsal), For The Good Times (Master), I Shall Be Released (Informal Recording), Lady Madonna (Informal Recording) The Twelfth Of Never (Rehearsal), Softly As I Leave You (Rehearsal), Alle' en el 'Rancho Grande' (Informal Rehearsal) and Froggy Went A Courtin' (Informal Rehearsal).

 48 Hours to Memphis is a Live Concert recorded on March 18, 1974 in Richmond Virginia, 2 days before Recorded Live On Stage In Memphis. It is derived from what must have been a full professional 16-track multi track recording, the sound is absolutely great, and Elvis is in top form. While it is actually not stereo it is very high quality 'hi-fi' and not only is it not a soundboard it compares perfectly with normal stereo releases. It's Midnight is a soundboard recording of Elvis Presley live at the Las Vegas Hilton, August 24, 1974 - Midnight Show. The show is a solid performance. Better than most of his early '73 performances and sure much better than most of his '76 shows. Elvis is in fine voice, he is relaxed, and the performances are solid. His is in very good humor throughout the show, although his a little acid in some of his jokes, maybe a side effect of his disappointment in have to be back to the old pattern. But the show itself is interesting because he kept the base of the new concert, so all the new songs are here: 'If You Love Me (Let Me Know)', 'It's Midnight', 'If You Talk In Your Sleep', 'Softly...', omitting only 'Promised Land' and 'Good Times Charlie's Got The Blues'. |

Nevada Nights is an excellent FTD double delight and a chance for fans to obtain these shows in the best sound. The sound features Elvis sort of somewhat up close, up front sort of between Fort Baxter and the DAE (Diamond Anniversary) sound - listenable and warm to the ear ... This first CD features the famous opening night : August 19, 1974, where Elvis departed from the conventional opening - not starting with Also Sprach Zarathustra or See See Rider - instead opening with Big Boss Man - and including many songs he had not performed live before. |

I Found My Thrill is a soundboard concert recorded at the on January 27, 1974 Dinner show at The Las Vegas Hilton and represents the first official representation of Elvis' Winter Jan/Feb 1974 Las Vegas season. Here we find Elvis fresh and with a new repertoire, which surprisingly includes two 1970 standards Sweet Caroline and You've Lost That Loving Feeling as well as Polk Salad Annie and two very special rare performances of Spanish Eyes and Blueberry Hill. Well before this CD ever came out fans were asking for this release and FTD have included as much as possible from this season. |
