Walk A Mile In My Shoes: The Essential 70's Masters has been packaged in a DVD sized ecolbook, the width of a normal CD. Very nice book style presentation !!! It contains 120 tracks recorded in the 1970s, including 27 previously unreleased takes and chronicles the most complex period of Elvis' life through his music. It features every single A & B side released between January 1970 and August 1977, many great studio highlights, and a disc dedicated to the Elvis live. Contains studio recordings of My Way (Master), It's Diff'rent Now (Rehearsal), For The Good Times (Master), I Shall Be Released (Informal Recording), Lady Madonna (Informal Recording) The Twelfth Of Never (Rehearsal), Softly As I Leave You (Rehearsal), Alle' en el 'Rancho Grande' (Informal Rehearsal) and Froggy Went A Courtin' (Informal Rehearsal).

Promised Land : FTD 2 CD Special Edition [7" Classic Album Presentation]

Promised Land was released along with Elvis Sings The Wonderful World Of Christmas, both in the 7" classic album series in December 2011 along with a new book, A Moment In Time : 4 Days in ‘56, this one is something special, from author and producer Michael Rose [Elvis: Return to Tupelo DVD], a most stunning glimpse of Elvis' life in 1956. Through literally hundreds of photos : many previously unpublished : we get to join Elvis at his show in Detroit on May 25. We stay with the tour for two more days in Columbus and Dayton and finally arrive in Memphis on May 28.

Elvis Today 2 CD : FTD Special Edition / Classic Album 7" Presentation

FTD release of Today in the customary Elvis Classic Album Series 7" format. There is a very limited number of previously unreleased outtakes on the studio album, hence the 2CD solution - combining all previously released versions - masters and outtakes. Includes the Original Session Mixes which sound very good and are worth the price of admission on their own.

Another Saturday Night FTD 5" Soundboard Concert CD

FTD will release Another Saturday Night in their 5" concert CD series at the end of April. If one place is to be picked as the most important in the career of Elvis Presley, it is without doubt Shreveport in the northwest part of Louisiana. The exposure that Elvis got through the radio broadcast of The Louisiana Hayride in 1954-56 was one of the key factors of establishing the early part of his career. With the exception of Las Vegas, there is no place where Elvis played more shows, and his return to the city in 1975 was like a homecoming to both Elvis and the many fans he had there since he started out. FTD have chosen to release the soundboard from the evening show of June 7, definitely a show that Elvis and the audience truly enjoy, and with a great set list featuring old and new favourites. The CD comes in a 5" digipack with an eight-page booklet featuring photos from the June 1975 tour.

From Sunset To Las Vegas : 1975 : FTD 2 CD Set [Concert + Rehearsals]

From Sunset To Vegas is a 2-disc set. The main body of the release is the rehearsal recorded at RCA's studio on Sunset Blvd on August 16, 1974. There is a bonus section on Disc 2 with 10 live recordings from Elvis' Las Vegas engagement in August/September 1974.

Dixieland Delight : 1975 : Elvis Presley FTD 2 CD Set [2 Concerts]

Dixieland Delight is a 2 CD set that features concert performances from May 31, 1975 and June 1, 1975 in Huntsville, Alabama. Elvis was truly inspired by the superb reaction he received in Huntsville, selling out five shows. It’s the only time in his career that he did so many consecutive performances in one City. Southern Nights : 1975 : Elvis Presley FTD CD

Southern Nights is a live compilation from the Spring Tours of 1975 and a companion set to 'Dixieland Rocks'. I found that including the dialogue and one-liners, they really represent 30 tracks on this CD. With a couple of lost opportunities here I'd still rate it as 8/10 and a very worthwhile purchase ... this way your really getting tremendous 'highlights' together! Buy it now and be surprised!

Big Boss Man : 1975 : Elvis Presley FTD CD

Big Boss Man represents Elvis' 18th March - 1st April 1975 Las Vegas season. What we get is a full CD (78 minutes) of parts of 3 shows from that season, giving us some rarely performed songs as well as one (almost complete) show from this season. The 3 shows represented are first the 28.3.75 M/S, then 5 songs from 31.3.75 M/S and finally 3 songs from the 22.3.75 M/S.

Dinner At Eight : 1975 : Elvis Presley FTD CD

Dinner At Eight is a sounboard recording of Elvis' dinner show in Las Vegas December 13th, 1975. The tape is different to most of what we call 'soundboards', this concert was recorded on a reel-to reel tape, and not the usual cassette. The show is still in mono though, and there are a few tape problems along the way, but in general it sounds good.

Dixieland Rocks : 1975 : Elvis Presley FTD CD

Dixieland Rocks will blow you away! The sound is awesome with crisp, clear vocals and Elvis is in fine form, both vocally and in his interplay with the band and the very receptive audience. At this stage of his career (1975) some of his concerts were rushed and lacked a little polish, but not his concerts in Murfeesboro, Tennessee on May 6 and 7.
