 Sony Music celebrated the 75th anniversary of The King's birthday in style with the release of Elvis Presley: 50 Australian Top Ten Hits 1956-1977 in Australia on January 8, 2010. This double CD set was the first ever Elvis Presley Australian hits compilation. Together with the 50 hit songs, an 18 page booklet containing specially written liner notes and images of original RCA releases, and CD label art inspired by his first album release, the set provides a unique insight into Elvis Presley's popularity in Australia, a country where he managed an incredible twenty-year streak of placing hits on the singles charts. The album was co-produced by Elvis Australia's President, David Troedson and peaked at No. 9 on the Australian ARIA Top 100 Album Chart on debut. |

Elvis By Request : The Australian Edition CD is as the title suggests a compilation of Elvis Presleys most popular songs as voted for by his Australian fans online between June 4 and July 13, 2012. Fans were able to select their choice from a list containing all of over 800 of Elvis' recordings plus some extras including live recordings and outtakes. Voting has now been completed and the tracklisting will be announced in the next couple of weeks, with an August 16 release. |
