It features every single A & B side released between January 1970 and August 1977, many great studio highlights, and a disc dedicated to the Elvis live. Contains studio recordings of My Way (Master), It's Diff'rent Now (Rehearsal), For The Good Times (Master), I Shall Be Released (Informal Recording), Lady Madonna (Informal Recording) The Twelfth Of Never (Rehearsal), Softly As I Leave You (Rehearsal), Alle' en el 'Rancho Grande' (Informal Rehearsal) and Froggy Went A Courtin' (Informal Rehearsal).

In the wake of the 9/11 tragedy in New York and Washington, RCA Records is set to release America the Beautiful, a new enhanced CD-single by Elvis Presley featuring three stirring performances. This marks the first new Elvis Presley single from RCA Records in over twenty years. Included on the CD-single are: If I Can Dream, recorded live for Elvis' legendary 1968 Comeback TV special; America the Beautiful, recorded on stage in December 1975 at the Las Vegas Hilton; and Amazing Grace, recorded at RCA's Studio B in Nashville on March 15, 1971. |

The quality of the songs on this CD is far superior than versions issued before. All tracks have been digitally processed and remastered, as they have never been before, with the most up to date of equipment and process. 1) An American Trilogy (April 9, 1972, Hampton Roads, Va.) (from CPL2 4031 THIS IS ELVIS vinyl LP!!) . This was released on CD before but ... the version from 'The Essential Collection' (from all countries), and 'All Time Greatest Hits' was taken from far inferior quality masters and the sound quality is full of hiss! 2) If I Can Dream (June 23, 1968 Burbank, Ca) - Alternate Take 4 from AFL1 2772 'He Walks Beside Me' vinyl LP!! This was released many years ago on CD from Canada and Australia but the quality on this is far superior to those.3) America The Beautiful (Dec. 13, 1975 Las Vegas) - Remastered Version! This version is far improved from what BMG has issued and even what has appeared anywhere else officially or unofficially. Elvis' voice can be heard MUCH CLEARER than ever before!!
